The mixing drum is made of stainless steel and has a constant rotation speed, and is also equipped with a switch for turning left or right (the mixing principle is synchronized or in the opposite direction). 5 heating elements with a PID controller installed under the bottom and walls of the mixing drum provide the required constant temperature.

The quarterer is designed to reduce the sample volume of bulk materials: sand, crushed stone, hot asphalt concrete mixture, etc.

The template is intended for the preparation of a laboratory sample of asphalt concrete mixture, for this purpose a combined sample of hot asphalt concrete mixture is placed on a hard, clean, flat surface. Mix the sample of the asphalt concrete mixture by turning it over at least four times with a flat-bottomed shovel.
